My Role: Business and Test Analyst

Project Goals:

  • Real time customer satisfaction

  • Customer engagement

In this project, I have acccomplished to analyze 5 departments' needs with Pega developers to integrate their CRM activities with Pega.

AS - IS

The first step in setting up a campaign is to create a new campaign. When you create a new campaign, you give the campaign a name, specify whether the campaign should be a standard campaign or an A/B test campaign, and choose the channel that you want to use to send the campaign.

TO - BE

PEGA will be the new platform to create a new campaign and analyze its outputs. When you create a new campaign, you give the campaign a name, specify whether the campaign should be a standard campaign or an A/B test campaign, and choose the channel that you want to use to send the campaign. Treatments are variations of your message or schedule. As your users respond to the campaign, you can view campaign analytics to compare the effectiveness of each treatment.

My Responsibilities

  • Creating BRD (Business Requirements Document) for each individual department like retail banking, kobi, özel bankacılık.

  • Testing the campaigns in different channels like ATM, mobile banking, branch

  • Supporting PEGA developers in creating the business flow as required

  • A/B test campaign – Behaves like a standard campaign, but enables you to define different treatments for the campaign's message or schedule. In an A/B test campaign, you create several versions of a message or schedule to compare their performance.
